PRIMARY SCHOOL

"We are very keen about the discipline of our students as our main objective is to produce good citizens."

The role of primary school education is to ensure the broad based development of pupils. This means to ensure that all pupils are able to develop their cognitive, social, emotional cultural and physical skills to the best of their abilities, preparing them for their future school career.

At Keble College a combination of both Local and International syllabus in English medium are taught up to Grade V. English, Mathematics, Science, Environmental studies, Topic, Sinhalese  Elocution, Art and Craft are included in the curriculum for Grade I to Grade V. French is introduced at grade II and Literature at grade IV.

Students are encouraged to take part in extra-curricular activities as academic studies alone do not contribute towards their total development. Keble College provides facilities for swimming, basketball, badminton, table tennis, cricket and athletics.

Our assemblies and productions such as the annual concert, art and craft exhibition, Sadaham Gee and National day celebrations, provides our students the opportunities to bring out their talents.
