Keble College is located within a 10 minute drive from Nugegoda or Maharagama and was established as an education institute in 2009. Within the last four years the college has progressed tremendously and now offers classes and facilities for play group, nursery, pre-grade, grade one to O/L and currently has a student body exceeding 400.

 

We offer a challenging curriculum along with all the neccesary facilities to prepare our students to undertake any type of higher studies. The infant section (Elementary School) follows a uniques foundation course for the children of 2 1/2 years upto 5 years of age. Children learn through their experiences, from observations and through direct and environmental stimulations. Our infant section encourages and help each child to develop as an individual intellectually, socially and physically so that by the time the child leaves the infant section, he or she is ready to interact with others and are ready  academically for the primary school.

 

The primary educational structure consists of both national and international syllabi in English medium upto grade Nine, the option of either British Edexcel or national Curriculum in English medium from grade One & Nine onwards is on offer.

 

Our Curriculum is evaluated regularly and revised when necessary to ensure that our children experience a  challenging, fun, interesting and also an up-to-date curriculum. To complement this, we ensure our teachers are well qualified and have the competancy to undertake our extensive syllabus at Keble. 

 

Keble  also offers your children the opportunity to participate in many sports, such as badminton, swimming, carrom, table tennis, cricket, basketball and athletics. The school already has a full size basketball court and has plans already set out for the construction of a swimming pool and an indoor badminton court, for which construction will commence soon.
